Order flow

• Add the product to cart and continue to checkout.
• Fill in contact details, billing address and delivery method.
• Choose payment. If prepayment is needed, instructions arrive by e-mail.
• After confirmation we process the order and send status e-mails.
• Once shipped, all that remains is waiting for delivery.
