I. Introductory provisions

These terms of Timur Timofeev, a self-employed person, company ID 23929871, registered at Decinska 552/1, 180 00 Praha 8, Czech Republic, e-mail [email protected], phone +420 608 065 834, govern purchases in the Mystery Scoop online store.

The Czech version is the authoritative version for Czech consumer-law purposes. These English terms are a practical translation for customer orientation.

II. Goods and the mystery-box principle

Goods are products offered in the store. For products sold as a mystery box, mystery scoop or similar product, the buyer acknowledges that the exact content is random.

Items may differ between orders and part of the content may occasionally repeat. Randomness is part of the nature of the goods.

III. Order and contract

You create an order by adding goods to cart, filling in contact and billing details, choosing delivery and payment, and submitting the order.

Before submitting, you can check and correct your details. We confirm order receipt by e-mail. The purchase contract is concluded when we confirm the order.

IV. Price and payment

Prices are shown in the store including VAT where VAT applies. The total price consists of goods price and delivery price shown in checkout.

Available payment methods are shown in checkout, especially online card, bank transfer, cash on personal pickup or another currently enabled method. Bank transfer is due within 3 business days unless stated otherwise.

Ownership passes to the buyer after full payment and receipt of the goods.

V. Delivery

We deliver using methods available in checkout, such as Packeta/Zasilkovna pickup points or personal pickup when enabled.

Goods are shipped without undue delay, usually within 7 days from order confirmation or payment receipt if prepayment is required.

Please check packaging on receipt and report visible damage to the carrier and to us without undue delay.

VI. Complaints

We are responsible for goods being free of defects on receipt and matching the store description, considering the mystery-box nature of the product. Complaints can be sent to [email protected].

Include the order number, defect description and preferably a photo. Complaints are handled within statutory periods.

VII. Withdrawal

A consumer may withdraw from the contract without giving a reason within 14 days from receipt of goods unless a statutory exception applies.

Return the goods without undue delay, no later than 14 days after withdrawal, to: Weilova 1144/2, 102 00 Praha 10. The buyer bears return shipping costs.

We refund received payments within 14 days from withdrawal using the same payment method, but not before the goods are returned or their dispatch is proven.

VIII. Consumer dispute resolution

The Czech Trade Inspection Authority, Stepanska 567/15, 120 00 Praha 2, company ID 000 20 869, www.coi.cz, is competent for out-of-court consumer dispute resolution.

The EU online dispute-resolution platform is available at http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
