How to leave a product review

You can review a product after its order has been delivered. Follow the steps below whether you have an account or checked out as a guest.

Who can review a product

You can review a product you bought once its order has been delivered. Items marked as gifts are not eligible.

Review with an account

Sign in and open the page for the purchased product. Choose a rating from one to five stars and submit the form. Text and photos are optional. You can edit your review later.

Review as a guest

At checkout, you can optionally agree to receive one email after the order is delivered, with review links for eligible products in that order. This consent is separate from marketing emails.

You can also request a link on the product page. Enter the order number and the email address used for the purchase. You do not need an account or the checkout email opt-in.

Submit a review and public name

A star link in the invitation email preselects that rating. For a requested link, choose one to five stars on the product page. Review text is optional. Submit the form to post or edit your review.

Guest reviews show the first name from the order. Your surname and email address are not shown publicly.

Expired links and older orders

A review link expires after 30 days. If it expires or you want to edit an existing review, request a new link on the same product page. Older guest orders are not eligible for this review option.
